In-Person Home Assessment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All fees are exclusive of GST.
- All service requests must be submitted at least 3–5 working days in advance of the intended service date.
- For services less than 5 hours, full-service payment and the house assessment fee is required before service confirmation
- For services 5 hours and above, a 50% non-refundable deposit and the house assessment fee is required before service confirmation.
- For package clients, if the stipulated hours are not utilised within the specified number of weeks, the non-package rates will apply.
- Cancellation of service within 72 hours will incur a cancellation charge.
