We Care With You,
While Caring For You

Since our founding in 2006, Noble Care has been the steady and reliable support for thousands of families across Singapore. We have been there when families want to be present for an elderly parent but can’t take time off work, when seniors face difficult transitions after a hospital discharge, when a loved one needs more help than the family can provide.

Caring for someone is about much more than arriving on time and completing a list of tasks. It’s about building a genuine connection, helping seniors feel comfortable and respected, and supporting them in maintaining their sense of control and independence, even when health challenges make daily life more difficult.

The People Behind The Care

Our team is more than just caregivers. The coordinators who do home assessment and match a caregiver to the senior, the extended team of nurses and doctors whom your senior won’t meet are all part of the team.

“Returning to nursing has not just been about resuming a profession, but about embracing a calling to care, to listen, and to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.”

Nurse Joon, Staff Nurse & Care Coordinator at Noble Care

A nurse by profession, Nurse Joon dedicated 25 years to be a home maker. Returning to nursing after such a long break was challenging, yet deeply meaningful and transformative to her. What began as a simple step into volunteering at a nursing home gradually reignited a passion for caregiving and connection. Through this journey, she has had the privilege of meeting seniors and families from all walks of life, each with their own unique stories, histories, and family dynamics. Listening to their experiences has been both humbling and eye-opening, reminding her that every person carries a lifetime of memories and deserves to be heard.

To Nurse Joon, one of the most profound aspects of this journey has been connecting with elderly residents who rarely receive visitors. For many of them, even a short interaction can bring immense joy and comfort. Seeing their faces light up, feeling their gratitude, and knowing that a caregiver’s presence can ease loneliness has reinforced the true essence of nursing – being there for others, not just physically, but emotionally.

This path has also led Nurse Joon to find great fulfillment in home care. Providing care in a patient’s own environment allows for a more personal and holistic approach, where trust and relationships can grow more naturally. It is in these  quiet conversations, small acts of kindness, and consistent support that she has found the greatest sense of purpose of caregiving.

Care Executive Chern Wei

Noble Care Home Caregiving Singapore - Care Executive Chern Wei

Chern Wei holds a BSc degree in Physiotherapy from King’s College London. This degree helped him built a solid foundation in understanding health, mobility and the needs of older adults.

Chern Wei’s grandparents were a huge inspiration and major source of learning for him that has led him to where he is today. Time spent with them and listening to their stories gave him a deeper understanding of the challenges that come with ageing. Through their eyes and others, Chern Wei has gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of compassionate, attentive and personalised care for the elders in our community.

These experiences have inspired him to transition from pursuing a career in physiotherapy to caregiving. Today, Chern Wei finds great fulfilment in supporting older adults and working closely with their families to ensure they receive the care and support they need. He is also committed to helping families navigate their caregiving needs with empathy, understanding and professionalism.
