Everything You Need to Know
Before Getting Started.
SERVICES & LOGISTICS
Noble Care provides home caregiving services across Singapore. Our caregivers come to your home. We are not a nursing home, or community facility.
Yes, and we actively try to arrange for the same caregiver to ensure continuity of care. This is especially so for seniors with dementia or complex care needs. We do our best to assign a dedicated caregiver to your loved one, and will only arrange a replacement when necessary, with advance notice to your family.
In the event your regular caregiver is unable to attend a scheduled visit, we will arrange a suitable replacement and brief them on your loved one’s care needs and preferences beforehand.
Yes, we provide caregiving shifts at night, subject to our caregivers’ availability. Please indicate this when making your care request and our care coordinator will advise on availability.
Yes, a minimum of 3 to 4 hours per visit is required. This allows our caregivers to provide attentive, unhurried care so your loved one receives the support they need. In certain cases, such as medical escort services, shorter visits may be arranged.
SCHEDULING & COMMITMENT
We require at least 3 working days’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 3 working days will incur an administrative fee. Please refer to our service fees for more details.
Our services are charged on an hourly basis, with package rates available for bookings that meet the minimum hours required. Please refer to our service fees for more details, or contact us if you’d like further information.
PAYMENT & SUBSIDIES
Yes, a deposit is required before the service is confirmed. Our care team will advise accordingly at the point of service engagement.
There are several government schemes can benefit home caregivers, such as:
- Home Caregiving Grant
- Caregivers Training Grant
- MDW Levy Concession
- Seniors’ Mobility and Enabling Fund (SMF)
Please visit the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) website for more information.
Please note that the availability of these subsidies and grants does not indicate that care services provided by Noble Care are subsidised.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
We understand that caregiving can be a stressful experience, and peer support is valuable in ways professional service can’t deliver. We recommend joining the Caregiver Forum – a community space where caregivers in Singapore share experiences, ask questions and support one another.
